We are seeking a career experienced professional with 4 plus years prior HVAC ductwork experience. The sheet metal project Foreman is the on-site leader responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing all sheet metal ductwork activities on commercial and industrial projects. This role ensures projects are completed Safely, on schedule, and in alignment with company quality standards. The foreman acts as the primary field representative of the company and serves as the direct supervisor of field crews.
\>lead, supervise, and motivate installation crews on active jobsites
\>coordinate daily work assignments ensuring labor and equipment are used efficiently
\>train, mentor and evaluate team members, promote positive and productive workplace
