Rogers Heating and Cooling is hiring Full-Time Plumbers to handle residential plumbing projectsfrom fixing leaks to installing new systems. Be the expert homeowners rely on to keep their water flowing and their homes running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
- Hook up appliances such as dishwashers and washing machines
- Cut and assemble pipes and fittings
- Inspect plumbing for safety, functionality, and code compliance
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues quickly and professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on plumbing experience (apprenticeship or trade school preferred)
- Knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems
- Strong blueprint reading skills and plumbing tool proficiency
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Must have no criminal history, pass a background check, and pass a drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces or at heights
