Job Overview

El Técnico de Manufactura y Procesos de TE Connectivity es responsable de apoyar el diseño, la planificación, la implementación y la mejora continua de nuevos proyectos de fabricación de cables de alta velocidad. Este puesto implica participación práctica en la depuración de líneas de producción, la construcción de prototipos piloto y la validación de procesos. El técnico documenta los parámetros del proceso, las lecciones aprendidas y apoya la preparación de herramentales para garantizar una integración fluida del producto y una manufactura escalable.

Job Requirements

Funciones y responsabilidades:

  • Apoyar en el desarrollo y la optimización de los procesos de manufactura para nuevos ensamblajes de cables.

  • Respaldar la instalación de equipos, la verificación de herramental y la depuración de líneas durante la fase de arranque de NPI (introducción de nuevos productos).

  • Ejecutar corridas piloto y recopilar datos del proceso para su análisis y mejora.

  • Documentar parámetros del proceso, instrucciones de trabajo y lecciones aprendidas.

  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar la manufacturabilidad y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.

What your background should look like

Requisitos de Educación y Experiencia

  • Título técnico o Ingeniería Industrial, Mecatronica, Mecanica o afin.

  • Más de 1 año de experiencia en un entorno de manufactura, preferentemente en ensamble de cables o electrónica.

  • Conocimiento en validación de procesos, diseño de herramentales y arranque de producción.

  • Experiencia en soporte de corridas de prueba y muestras.

  • Lectura e interpretacion de planos.

  • Experiencia en construcciones piloto, análisis de causa raíz y metodologías de mejora continua.

  • ** Nivel de ingles alto, hablado y escrito.
