국내 고객사에서 반도체 테스트 장비의 설치, 유지보수 및 기술 지원을 담당할 서비스 엔지니어를 모집합니다.
본 포지션은 고객 현장에서 직접 장비를 다루며 문제를 해결하는 역할로, 현장 대응력과 기술 역량을 함께 키워갈 수 있는 직무입니다.
? 주요 업무
고객사 현장에서 반도체 테스트 장비 설치, 캘리브레이션, 예방 정비(정기 점검) 수행
장비 이상 발생 시 원인 분석 및 문제 해결
고객 및 내부 Application / Engineering 팀과 협업하여 기술 이슈 대응
신규 고객 대상 장비 사용 및 운영 교육 진행 (온라인 / 오프라인)
리전 내 다른 서비스 엔지니어와 협업하며 기술 정보 공유
주로 국내 고객을 담당하며, 필요 시 아시아 지역 고객 지원 업무 수행
✅ 자격 요건
- 전기·전자 관련 기초 지식 보유자
(회로도(Schematic Diagram) 이해 가능)
기술적인 문제를 논리적으로 분석하고 해결하려는 태도
고객 및 동료와 원활하게 소통할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량
현장 업무에 대한 책임감과 고객 만족을 중요하게 생각하는 분
고객사 방문 및 현장 지원 업무 수행이 가능한 분
⭐ 우대 사항
반도체 회사 환경에서의 장비 운영 또는 유지보수 1년 – 5년 경험
반도체, 전자, 자동화 장비 관련 서비스 엔지니어 경험
업무 수행에 필요한 수준의 영어 활용이 가능하신 분
? 학력
전기전자공학 관련 전문학사 / 학사 이상
기계공학, 컴퓨터공학 전공자도 관련 실무 경험이 있다면 지원 가능
