In this role, you will oversee critical financial operations, including accounts payable processes, travel and expense management, and vendor administration. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a focus on accuracy to ensure smooth and accurate financial workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, and payment runs.
• Manage travel and expense processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate reconciliation.
• Administer vendor management functions, including onboarding, maintaining vendor records, and resolving discrepancies.
• Issue and track purchase orders to ensure proper documentation and budget adherence.
• Supervise month-end accrual processes and provide support for financial reporting.
• Handle American Express administration and ensure timely processing of related transactions.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to internal controls and procedures within the accounts payable function.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA for transaction processing and reporting to streamline workflows.
• Lead and mentor team members to foster growth and enhance departmental efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to support general accounting duties as needed.
Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable management and financial operations.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or similar financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of invoice coding, ACH payments, and check processing.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively and resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with month-end accruals and financial reporting processes.
• Strong leadership abilities to supervise and develop team members.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
