Cross Country Education Behavior Interventionist in Somerville, Massachusetts
SOMERVILLE Behavior Interventionist Provide behavioral instruction and academic support to a Pre-K student, implementing their specific learning plan. Foster a positive learning environment by utilizing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and therapeutic supports. Apply prevention strategies and manage high-intensity situations using approved protocols. Track and document student data to measure intervention effectiveness and adjust support strategies as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor?s Degree or higher in related field (Preferred) Prior experience working with students facing social-emotional and behavioral challenges in an educational setting Prior ABA experience (Required) Proficiency in crisis prevention and intervention systems (e.g., CPI or QBS) (Highly Preferred)
