Hidden Brook at Franklin is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
Hidden Brook is a Springpoint Senior Living Affordable Housing Community located Somerset, NJ. We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Supervisor and provide general maintenance services for the facility and its residents, ensuring the facility is clean, free of dirt and debris and a safe and acceptable environment for the residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the common areas of the building.
To remove and dispose of all trash and recyclables as per the established schedule.
Respond to residents’ request for service.
To handle all cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and abide by infection control standards.
To inspect and maintain the grounds of the facility, including general cleanup of the front walkways, side entrances, etc.
To assist with snow removal as needed.
Education and Experience:
Highschool diploma or equivalent required
2 Years experience in a maintenance role preferred

Full-time: Monday – Friday (8am – 4:30pm)
Pay Rate: $22-25 / hour
