Job Summary

The Program Manager – L&D will be responsible for building programs and processes to ensure effective communication and efficient execution, and for championing the development and deployment of best practices to improve program and business performance. By producing repeatable results across a growing business, this person will enable L&D to deliver on SHI’s long-term plan by aligning strategy, structure, processes, and people.

This person reports to a Sr. Manager - L&D.

Role Description

  • Support the coordination and management of Learning & Development (L&D) programs to help advance organizational goals.

  • Manage programlogistics, scheduling, communications, and cross-functional alignment to ensure programs are executed effectively and on time.

  • Partnerwith internal stakeholders—including L&D, trainers, business leaders, and support teams—tomaintaincohesion, clarity of expectations, and consistent delivery of learning programs.

  • Track program milestones and progress, summarize updates, and escalate risks when necessary tomaintainmomentum and quality.

  • Analyze program data toidentifytrends, summarize findings, and recommend improvements that enhance effectiveness and learner experience.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering feedback,identifyinggaps, and supporting the standardization of processes and tools.

  • Assistwith program communications, including drafting participant messaging, preparing updates, andmaintainingvisibility across teams.

  • Participate in team activities to strengthen collaboration, alignment, and professional development.

  • Support change initiatives by aligning learning programs with evolving organizational needs and reinforcing the adoption of new systems, processes, or behaviors.

Skill Level Requirements

  • Ability to coordinatelogistics, communications, scheduling, and administration for multiple learning programs. – Proficient

  • Ability to analyze program data,identifypatterns, and summarize insights to inform decisions. – Proficient

  • Working knowledge of LMS platforms and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, communication/collaboration platforms). – Proficient

  • Ability to prepare clear written documentation and verbal updates; ensure accuracy and consistency across stakeholders. – Proficient

  • Ability to build productive working relationships across teams andmaintainalignment in cross-functional environments. – Proficient

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision. – Proficient

Other Requirements

  • CompletedBachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience.

  • 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Program Management, Sales Enablement, Education, or related operational roles.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% for program delivery, stakeholder meetings, or company events.

  • Proficiencywith LMS platforms, Microsoft Office applications, communication tools, and digital workspace platforms.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability todemonstrateprofessionalism, initiative, and commitment to organizational success.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $57,200 - $85,800 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
