We are seeking a dedicated In-Home Support Specialist to provide exceptional, person-centered support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.In this role, you won't just be an assistant; you’ll be a vital lifeline for our participants, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.What You’ll DoYour day-to-day will focus on providing high-quality care and a safe, healthy environment for our clients. Key responsibilities include:Daily Living Support: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.Household Management: Prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, and ensure a clean, organized living space.Health & Safety: Provide medication reminders and strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and our high standards of care.Companionship: Offer emotional support and meaningful engagement for clients, including those navigating dementia, developmental disabilities, or other health conditions.What We’re Looking ForExperience: Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related field is preferred.Character: An empathetic, patient nature with a "client-first" mindset.Requirements:Must pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.Participation in a video interview is required.E.O.E.
