Job Summary:
We are seeking Warehouse Associates / Freight Handlers / Unloaders to join our team at Humano. This position involves various warehouse duties such as unloading, receiving, loading, palletizing, and general warehouse work. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center.in Solon, OH
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a warehouse setting preferred but not mandatory
Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
Knowledge of warehouse safety practices
Strong work ethic and a team player
Responsibilities:
Unloading trucks and loading trailers in a timely and efficient manner
Picking warehouse orders accurately
Keeping the dock clean and maintaining warehouse safety standards
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals
Additional Information:
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 1st Shift Full Time 7am - 3:30pm. Monday to Friday
Pay: Based on weekly productivity metrics laid out by the client. While you'll never earn less than $18/hour, we expect the average associate to be earning in the $22-$26/hour range
