The City of Solon has an opening for a full-time Accounting Supervisor position in the Finance Department.
JOB SUMMARY
The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the accounting and data processing functions of the Finance department in an efficient and timely manner. Compiles financial information, processes journal entries into various accounts, processes city department chargebacks, and reconciles reports and financial data. Familiarity with and an awareness of the laws and regulations that govern accounting functions are required to ensure compliance.
