A professional services firm in Solana Beach is hiring a Billing Specialist to support invoicing, client billing, and financial tracking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail-heavy processes and ensuring everything aligns. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate invoices and supporting the billing cycle from start to finish. The right candidate is organized, precise, and comfortable working with both numbers and communication.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare and issue client invoices
Review billing data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain billing records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams on billing details
Track billing timelines and follow-ups
Assist with resolving billing discrepancies
Support reporting and revenue tracking
Maintain organized systems and files
Requirements
2+ years of billing, accounting, or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and billing systems
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
Strong communication skills
Organized and dependable
