Overview

Voiceover Lead is an operations focused role with client facing responsibilities which is part of a team providing high-quality project management for VO coordination and owning day-to-day tasks designed to that end, ultimately ensuring client retention, satisfaction and revenue growth. The role also includes project management and team management, contributing to client relationship management and business development.

Reponsibilities:

• Managing a team of VO coordinators, providing leadership and expertise within the team

• Distributing workload by themselves or with the help of the Adaptation & Production Director.

• Building and maintaining quality standards

• Owning project delivery as well as contributing to building and maintaining the client relationship, organising and leading meetings as an SME if required

• Mentoring, motivating and supervising team members in all aspects of the transcreation project management delivery, this includes:

  1. Assessing requirements, querying, collecting reference material, planning, quoting and scheduling

  2. Build up and demonstrate clear understanding of our end client’s brands

  3. Coordinating QC for final checks on localised edits before final release

  4. Ensuring all admin tasks are completed on time, including reconciliation of costs

• Taking the lead in complex projects and performing quality assurance when needed

• Full responsibility for the team performance: participating in interviews, organising inductions, evaluating performance and taking corrective action, leading team meetings, identifying training needs, approving holidays, recording sick leave and other team related tasks

• Creating, running or analysing various operational reports for Operations Management as and when needed

• Collaborating with other departments and other team leads.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written English skills – at least C1

• Experience in transcreation/

production and/or media industries

• Minimum of 4-5+ years of project/account management experience taking brief to/from creative agencies and client stakeholders in advertising production services with a specific focus on transcreation needs

• 1-2 years+ people management experience

• Bachelor degree or equivalent

• Excellent computer literacy including advanced Microsoft Office skills

• Experience in an international multicultural environment will be considered a plus

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent team player working very closely with internal stakeholder to coordinate multi-media needs across production services and ensure consistency across

• Being able to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure

• Excellent planning organisation and negotiation skills
