As a trainee, you will:

Program Overview:

Duration: 6 months

Start Date: 1 June 2026

Working Time: Part time or Full time (flexible schedule)

Location: IBM Client Innovation Center - Sofia Airport Center

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days home office)

Compensation: Paid internship + employee benefits

Choose Your Path

You can become an IBM trainee in one of the following areas:

Software Development / DevOps - Work with automation, analytics, and reporting tools, gaining hands on coding experience alongside experienced developers.

Technical Support (Server, Storage, Networking) - Learn to diagnose and resolve issues on technologies such as IBM Power, System i, AIX, Linux, Virtualization, Data Protection, Flash/Disk systems, and networking solutions like Juniper, Palo Alto, F5, and Check Point.

Solution Design -Support the creation of hardware and software maintenance solutions for global clients and assist with preparing cost based proposals.)

Client Management - Handle customer requests, tickets, SLAs, and service coordination while developing strong service and communication skills.

Education & Learning Team -Help build modern technical learning content: videos, self study materials, virtual labs, and structured training paths.

Required technical and professional expertise

To join the program, you should be:

• An active university student or a recent graduate

• Fluent in English

• Studying (or recently graduated from):

o Software Engineering, Computer Science, Network Technologies

o Telecommunications, Electronics, or similar fields

o Economics, Business Administration, Management

• A strong communicator with a customer oriented mindset

Preferred technical and professional experience

• A second foreign language will be considered an advantage
