We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant to join our diverse and dynamic FSP team.
As a Clinical Trial Assistant at ICON, you will collaborate with global cross-functional study teams and be responsible for multiple tasks that span from study start-up to study close-out.
What you will be doing
Assist study team with the preparation of any documents or tracking and updating information
eTMF filing, quality, maintenance, compliance and oversight
Development and delivery of sites’ ISF and eISF when utilized and act as primary point of contact for the sites and manage the Site Operations/monitor access to eISF prior to SIV
Maintain sponsor's registries and systems as required
Provide reporting to support management of clinical trials
Provide support with audit and inspection readiness activities
Perform customization and translation of documents as required
Manage Physical Archiving needs as required
Preparation of documents and communications for distribution to and collection from sites, as required
Contribute to team projects and initiatives at the country or regional level.
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, pharmacy or a healthcare-related field.
Clinical research experience is required
Prior experience in supporting global cross-functional teams would be an asset.
eTMF, CTMs experience. Working knowledge of Veeva Vault would be an advantage
Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations and guidelines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
