Store Manager – Marina Retail | Direct Hire
Kelly Services is hiring a Store Manager for a busy marina retail location. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired directly by the company from day one. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and keeping daily store operations running smoothly.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility required for occasional weekends during peak season
Pay:
$18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Weekly pay for consistent, reliable income
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Provide excellent customer service—assist customers, answer questions, and process purchases
Operate POS system for accurate transactions
Manage inventory: track stock, place orders, and restock shelves
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
Marina & Rental Support:
Assist with boat rental operations, including scheduling and rental software
Check boats in and out, ensuring proper documentation and condition checks
Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Help maintain a welcoming environment, including keeping shared areas stocked and organized
What We’re Looking For:
Previous retail, customer service, or marina experience preferred
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Work Environment:
Combination of indoor retail and outdoor marina setting
Must be comfortable working near water and in varying weather conditions
Fast-paced, seasonal environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed
