Maintenance Facility Manager
New Higher Rate: (Make up To $24/hr - $26/hr)

Educational Requirements : High school graduate or GED required.
Experience Required : General maintenance and repair experience required, prior experience working in maintenance or as a Maintenance Facility Manager preferred.
Professional Licensure and Certification Required : N/A *Must have valid driver’s license.
Essential Functions
Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion.
Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs.
Be able to carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility.
Ensure that facility grounds are neat and in order.
Run errands as needed for supplies—requires driving a motor vehicle.
Follow a Preventative Maintenance schedule to ensure the proper care and functioning of essential equipment in the facility.
Participates in inspections (surveys) conducted by authorized agencies.
Participates in quality assurance and improvement processes within the facility.
Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional excellence.
