Schedule: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM| On-Call| Off-shifts may be required

What You’ll Do
Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, equipment)
Maintain facility equipment in safe, working condition
Follow preventative maintenance schedules to avoid disruptions
Ensure the building and grounds are clean, safe, and well-kept
Assist with moving and handling equipment as needed
Run facility-related errands and pick up supplies
Participate in inspections and maintain regulatory readiness
Support quality improvement and safety initiatives
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous maintenance experience required (healthcare setting a plus)
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift and move equipment
Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
