REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/13/2026-11/05/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 7 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Worker will be required to complete the following activities: general greenhouse work; seeding; lay plastic mulch; irrigation work; field planting; stake tomatoes/tomatillo/eggplant /specialty variety peppers; apply tying twine between tomato/tomatillo, eggplant and or pepper stakes; tunnel assembly and disassembly; hoe or pull weeds; vine and row cucumbers; sprout young shoots on eggplant and tomato/tomatillo plant; hand harvest to quality standards of green slicing cucumbers, Roma tomatoes, tomatillo, eggplant, zucchini, summer squash, variety specialty peppers, pickles, berries, currants and asparagus; pack employer's produce only to food safety standards; conduct various field and farm clean up tasks such as, trimming trees, pulling stumps, picking up rocks and raking leaves; cut tying twine; remove from the ground plastic mulch, drip tape and stakes.
