Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Snyder, Nebraska
*Maintenance Technician - Weekly Pay - Benefits Day 1*
We are seeking a dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support the overall operation of our facility. This role ensures machinery runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Repair or replace parts, components, and systems as needed
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Assist with equipment installations and improvements
Qualifications
Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous industrial or maintenance experience preferred

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $54080.00/yr.
