West Virginia Employer Custodian/Solid Waste Collector in Snowshoe, West Virginia
Inspect and maintain Snowshoe compactors, reporting issues promptly. Ensure compactors are operational, clean, and emptied as needed. Keep compactor areas and village trash cans clean and organized. Manage trash and recycling collection, including special recyclables. Coordinate with Pocahontas Recycle and handle special waste needs. Report equipment defects, maintain cleanliness, and complete reports. Arrive on time, wear appropriate attire, and participate in training. Contribute to team efforts and achieve results as directed. Have a valid Drivers license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program Ability to move a pull trailer attached to a pick up, operate a standard shift truck and knowledge of Snowshoe Mountain and location of departments is helpful. May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
