ManpowerGroup Production Associate/Worker in Snow Hill, North Carolina
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in plastic components, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler / Molding Operator to join their team. As a Material Handler / Molding Operator, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting quality assurance and ensuring the smooth operation of molding activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, independence, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Snow Hill
Pay Range: $10.50
Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift
What's the Job?
Inspect plastic parts produced from molding machines to ensure they meet quality standards.
Package conforming plastic parts for downstream processes.
Notify supervision promptly when non-conforming parts are identified.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management to support production efficiency.
Participate in cross-training to support various departmental functions as needed.
What's Needed?
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work overtime as required to meet production goals.
Previous experience in manufacturing or quality inspection is preferred but not mandatory.
