SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to optimize, scale, and sustain manufacturing processes with a focus on quality, throughput, cost, and safety.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Support PCBA/SMT processes.
Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Maintain documentation including PFMEA, control plans, SOPs.
Use SPC and data analysis for process capability.
Support tooling, equipment, and maintenance.
Lead NPI process readiness.
Support safety and EHS initiatives.
Train operators and provide on-floor technical support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
B.S. in Engineering (required).
5+ years process engineering experience (required).
On-site work required.
Experience with SPC, DOE, root cause analysis.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
PCBA/SMT manufacturing experience.
Lean/Six Sigma experience.
Knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, PPAP.
Experience with ESD controls and IPC standards.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Clear ANSI Z87.1 safety-rated glasses in specific areas.
Hearing protection in specific locations.
Ability to compile with JSA in specific areas.

SALARY INFORMATION:
According to several states' laws, this position's salary range falls between 90,000 and 140,000. However, this salary information is merely a general guideline. When extending an offer, Amphenol Critical Medical Technologies considers various factors such as the position's responsibilities, scope of work, candidate's work experience, education/training, essential skills, internal pay equity, and market considerations.
Certain roles are also eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases and annual bonus. These awards are discretionary and allocated based on individual and company performance. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others. U.S.-based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 11 scheduled paid holidays, up to 80 hours of paid time off and sick paid time off.
