Staff Management | SMX Powder Coat Processor in Snoqualmie, Washington

We're looking for two Powder Coat Processors to join our production team! This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow in a manufacturing environment. If you've worked in labor, construction, or other hands-on roles, you'll feel right at home.

  • Pay Rate: $21/hour (Temp-to-hire)

  • Schedule: 1 st Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30pm-some overtime expected

  • Location : Snoqualmie, WA

Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour

Duties:

  • Sandblasting parts prior to coating

  • Performing quality control and paint inspections

  • Hanging door and window frames on the overhead line

  • Supporting general powder-coating operations

  • Working in a warm and loud environment (especially in summer-cooling gear like ice vests and popsicles provided!)

Position Requirements:

  • Comfortable with physical, hands-on tasks

  • Able to lift, hang, and move materials throughout the shift

  • Willing to work in a hotter/louder environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn

  • Great attention to detail especially in quality inspection

  • Team-player attitude

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

Work Location: Allegion, Snoqualmie, WA 98065.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.00 - $21.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
