Description
We are looking for a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team on-site in Snoqualmie, Washington. In this part-time, contract-to-permanent position, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining essential documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and supporting operational reporting processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in the construction industry. Part-time hours are 20-hours per week with potential to turn into a full-time role in a few months.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain accurate records of documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Scan, compile, and categorize documents for easy accessibility and retrieval.
• Conduct audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate document-related tasks and deadlines.
• Generate compliance reports and operational summaries based on documentation.
• Identify and address discrepancies or inconsistencies in records.
• Support the development and implementation of document control procedures.
• Monitor document workflows to ensure timely processing and updates.
• Provide assistance in compiling project documentation for reporting purposes.
Requirements
• Proven experience in document control or a related role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in scanning and organizing documents for digital systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to audit documentation accurately.
• Familiarity with compliance and operational reporting processes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of document control procedures and best practices.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and documentation coordination.
