WESTPRO CONSTRUCTION LLC Assistant Supervisor in SNOHOMISH, Washington

Job Title: Construction Supervisor -- Custom Exterior Systems Company: Westpro Construction Location: Snohomish, WA (Multiple job sites) Salary Range: $115,000 -- $120,000 per year

Job Description & Duties

Westpro Construction is seeking five* (5) Construction Supervisors* to oversee high-end residential and commercial siding and roofing projects. This is not a general labor role; it requires a specialized technical lead capable of managing complex, custom-fabricated exterior installations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate 5--10 person crews specializing in premium siding and roofing applications.

  • Oversee high-precision installation of fiber cement (James Hardie), cedar/wood, and architectural metal siding systems.

  • Manage on-site custom fabrication of flashing, trim, and transition components using specialized bending and cutting equipment.

  • Interpret complex blueprints and ensure all work meets or exceeds Washington State building codes and manufacturer specifications.

  • Enforce rigorous OSHA-compliant safety protocols, including fall protection and material handling.

  • Daily technical communication of safety and project specs in English, Russian, and Ukrainian to ensure 100% accuracy among non-English speaking crews.


Minimum Requirements (Mandatory)
  • Experience (Siding): Minimum 24 months of full-time experience in the installation of fiber cement, wood, and metal siding.

  • Experience (Supervision): Minimum 24 months of experience in a formal construction supervisory or lead-man role.

  • Specialized Skill: Demonstrated proficiency in on-site custom fabrication of architectural metal and wood exterior components.

  • Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English, Russian, and Ukrainian is absolutely required for safety-critical communication and technical instruction.

  • Vetting: Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check.

  • References: Must provide 3 verifiable professional references from current or past employers.
