Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for A Warehouse Associate positions in Smyrna, TN . Key Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming goods
Sort, label, move, and store items on racks, shelves, and bins
Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders accurately using pick sheets
Load trucks and secure shipments to prevent damage
Enter and update inventory data in warehouse systems
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory maintenance
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or cherry pickers as needed
Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Qualifications:
1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Experience with loading, unloading, picking, and packing
Forklift or cherry picker experience preferred
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; ability to learn inventory systems)
Ability to read work orders and safety documentation
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (more with assistance)
Overtime or rotating shifts may be required
Perks:
SHIFT: Monday-Wednesday 4:00am-5:00pm (4 day weekend)
Pay: $17/hour
Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for growth
Training will be on first shift Mon-Fri for the first 3-4 weeks.
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
