Robert Half Test Center Administrator in Smyrna, Georgia
Description We are looking for a dedicated Test Center Administrator to join our team in Smyrna, Georgia. This contract position offers flexibility in scheduling, with hours varying between part-time and extended hours depending on the season. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a secure and comfortable testing environment for all candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and verify the identity of examinees upon arrival.
• Conduct security checks, including wanding, to ensure a safe testing environment.
• Monitor candidates closely throughout their exams to uphold testing integrity.
• Address and resolve candidate issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strict security of all materials and ensure compliance with test center procedures.
• Prepare reports on irregularities or breaches of company guidelines.
• Represent the organization's core values and provide exceptional service.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scanning documents and answering inbound calls.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining computer systems and lab equipment.
• Ensure the test center remains organized and prepared for daily operations. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required; college experience is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of in-person customer service experience (e.g., retail, restaurant, call center, etc.).
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer programs, including Office and Outlook.
• Ability to write accurate and detailed reports and communicate effectively with candidates and colleagues.
• Physical capability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable remaining stationary for extended periods while monitoring exams.
• Ability to navigate tight spaces and adjust computer equipment safely.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including Saturdays and occasional evenings. TalentMatch®
