Job Information
Insight Global Technical AI Program Manager in Smyrna, Georgia
Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager to own the day-to-day execution and coordination of multiple, fast-moving workstreams within a highly visible product and customer environment. This role is heavily execution-focused and requires someone who can keep teams aligned, anticipate what’s coming next, and ensure progress continues across technical, product, and customer-facing initiatives.
The Program Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the program — managing Jira, leading daily workstream discussions, driving reporting, and acting as a key point of coordination between product leadership, technical teams, and customer engagement channels.
This is not a budget-tracking role, and it is not a junior PM position. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, handling frequent inbound questions, and supporting a large user base while keeping delivery on track. This person is also expected to help support questions related to tools within this environment. These tools support around 7,500 internal customers and this person is expected to be able to answer any questions, write FAQ’s, and guide people in the right direction.
Compensation:
$51/hr to $55/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of
employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in
the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this
role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the
applicable law of the worksite location.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
