Insight Global Project Manager in Smyrna, Georgia
Job Description
The Project Manager will support the Reporting & Insights function of a tool of an Online Merchandising Solutions team, partnering closely with Product Managers, developers, and business stakeholders to drive execution of reporting deliverables. This role is tactical and execution‑focused, centered on Tableau dashboards, data coordination, and consistent stakeholder follow‑up to ensure timely delivery. The contractor will play a critical role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The contractor will develop effective plans to control project scope, schedule, and cost, ensuring adherence to the project plan. Assignment tasks will include creating and coordinating documentation to manage and communicate changes to the project baseline, as well as maintaining detailed logs of all submitted changes and their status.
This position is ideal for an early‑career PM who thrives in fast‑moving environments and excels at coordination, tracking, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Support reporting and insights initiatives across a portfolio of Tableau dashboards
• Coordinate front‑end Tableau development and backend data efforts
• Manage Jira tickets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Drive tactical execution, follow‑ups, and stakeholder communication with urgency
• Ensure consistent progress tracking and status updates
• Collaborate daily with developers and Business Analysts
• Prepare written status reports, scorecards, and presenting project reviews to senior leadership

Skills and Requirements
2-8 years of Project Management experience (tactical / execution‑focused)
Strong working knowledge of Jira
Familiarity with Tableau and/or data queries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams Experience supporting retail or retail‑adjacent environments
Proficiency with GBQ
Experience working with front‑facing stakeholders
Strong communication and relationship‑management skills
