Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by:
Identifying customer and operational needs
Developing and communicating business plans and priorities
Removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance
Providing resources and identifying performance standards
Measuring progress, adjusting performance, and developing contingency plans
Demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning
Manages multiple projects by:
Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines
Coordinating planning activities and assembling project management plans
Tracking plan changes and ensuring resolution of critical issues
Managing project governance and identifying required resources
Monitoring budgets and project costs
Delivering presentations, status reports, and documentation to stakeholders on a regular basis
Associate Leadership & Development
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by:
Selecting, training, and mentoring associates
Assigning duties and building a team-based work environment
Establishing performance expectations and conducting regular evaluations
Providing recognition, rewards, and coaching for success and improvement
Promoting a strong culture of belonging in the workplace
Policy, Compliance & Ethics
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by:
Training and providing direction to others on proper application
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy
Strategic Partnership & Business Effectiveness
Ensures business needs are met by:
Evaluating the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives
Consulting with business partners, managers, coworkers, and key stakeholders
Soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Participating in and supporting community outreach events

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
