  • Strong sales management skills, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and follow-up.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with business owners.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling program pitches.

  • Background in working with local businesses, community organizations, or chambers of commerce.

  • Strong presentation skills for hosting or supporting community events such as lunch-and-learns and town hall meetings.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with local influencers and business associations.

  • Motivation to work in a performance-based environment with uncapped commission potential.

  • High level of adaptability and enthusiasm for supporting a new and evolving delivery partner program.

  • Familiarity with the New York City boroughs, particularly Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, and Manhattan.

  • Residence within or near the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, or Manhattan to support regular in-field work.
