Tube Bending Machine Operator | Logan,UT

Nexeo HR is hiring a skilled Tube Bending Machine Operator to join a high-end metal fabrication shop in Cache Valley. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience with manual tube bending equipment in a production environment and operating CNC. If you have a strong mechanical mindset,attention to detail,and experience working with metal tubing,this is a great opportunity to grow with a reputable and quality-driven company. This is a full-time,long-term position with consistent hours and the opportunity to be hired on permanently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual tube bending machines (such as rotary draw benders,mandrel benders,or roll benders).
• Read and interpret blueprints,work orders,and bend specifications including angles,radii,and tolerances.
• Load raw material (metal tubing) and ensure proper alignment before bending.
• Perform precision bends on stainless steel,aluminum,or mild steel tubing according to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings,tooling,and programs to ensure accurate production.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers,angle finders,and gauges to verify part quality.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance on machines and tooling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating tube bending machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
• Experience with CNC bending machines is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and bend charts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience working with different types of metal tubing and wall thicknesses.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay $18.00 $24.00 per hour

Schedule Full Time | Day Shift | Monday Thursday | 5:30 AM 3:30 PM (4x10s)

Full Time | Swing Shift | Monday Thursday | 4:30 PM 2:30 AM (4x10s)
