How would you like to earn $26.00 per hour for Machinist I – 3rd Shift work? Adecco is currently hiring for Machinist I jobs with a local customer in Smithfield, Utah .

Responsibilities:

Assist in set-up of simple CNC jobs and operate conventional and CNC machines

Run multiple machines at one time to meet production schedules

Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances

Select and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on mills, lathes, grinders, and other machines

Verify finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and height gauges

Operate CMM equipment as needed

Perform operator preventive maintenance and ensure machines are ready for operation

Assist with tooling and fixturing builds

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ISO standards

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Assist in additional production duties such as packing, inspection, deburring, and finishing as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

1–3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Knowledge of precision measuring tools and shop mathematics

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work scheduled shift and overtime as needed

Perks:

Pay rate $26.00 per hour

3rd Shift Schedule:

Tuesday – Wednesday: 8:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Thursday: 9:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Friday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Pay Details: $26.00 per week
