Adecco US, Inc. CNC Operator in Smithfield, Utah

How would you like to earn $31.00 per hour for Machinist 2 – 2nd work? Adecco is currently hiring for Machinist 2 jobs with a local customer.

Responsibilities:

Set up moderately complex CNC jobs and operate conventional and CNC machining centers

Run multiple machines at one time to meet production demands

Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine tolerances and setup requirements

Select and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on mills, lathes, grinders, Swiss machines, and other equipment

Calculate and adjust machining factors such as speed, feed, and coolant flow

Verify finished parts using precision measuring instruments including micrometers and height gauges

Fit and assemble machined parts into complete units

Assist in training other personnel as required

Troubleshoot machining or assembly issues with engineering and production teams

Complete required documentation and perform operator preventive maintenance

Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety policies and ISO standards

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required (Vocational/Technical training preferred)

3–6 years of CNC machining experience

Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T

Complete knowledge of G-Codes

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment

Willingness to work overtime as needed

Pay Details: $31.00 per week
