WorkSource Oregon Home Visiting Program Coordinator in Smith River, California

The Program Coordinator will lead the Tribal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (T-MIECHV) program, funded through the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). This program is designed to support the health, well-being, and development of families with young children (prenatal to age five), with a focus on families experiencing economic hardship and other risk factors. The coordinator will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality, culturally responsive, and evidence-based home visiting services. This role includes program planning and development, staff supervision, team leadership, budget creation and monitoring, and ensuring compliance with all grant and tribal requirements. The coordinator will work closely with families, program staff, community partners, and tribal leadership to: Strengthen family stability and resilience Support positive child development outcomes Reduce the risk of children entering foster care or out-of-home placements Connect families to community resources and strengthen their long-term support networks The ideal candidate will bring professional experience in early childhood development and family services, especially within underserved or tribal communities, and demonstrate a passion for working with low-income families of children ages 0\'5. They will be skilled at building partnerships, leading staff, and adapting evidence-based models to meet the unique needs of the tribal community.
