Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -- All Shifts Location: Sena Kean Manor Nursing & Rehab Job Types: Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem Shifts: Evening • Overnight

What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality nursing care in alignment with resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians
Monitor resident health and report any changes promptly
Document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families to ensure excellent care
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
Qualifications
Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Experience in long-term care or assisted living (preferred, not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented, compassionate, and committed to patient-centered care
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
