Mars TPM System Key User & CDP Lead (9 Month Assignment) in Slough, United Kingdom
Job Description:
The TPM Project System Key User & CDP Lead supports the successful delivery and adoption of the TPM solution by representing day‑to‑day Sales system usage and operational processes. The role exists to ensure the TPM solution is practical, user‑friendly, and fit for purpose for Sales teams, providing detailed input into design, testing, and deployment activities. The System Key User acts as a subject‑matter expert for TPM usage and CDP processes, supporting business readiness and adoption.

Understanding of E2E operational sales activities, including business system admin activities, system workflows, and promotion execution within TPM to validate usability and process accuracy.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Proven project management skills.
Good attention to detail.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Work together with Sales and MCL team, ability to define a comprehensive view of the requirements for volume management.
Explain volume baseline forecast creation at SKU/Customer level as well as expected inputs into the TPM tool (demand volumes) and outputs (promotional volumes) into the overall S&OP+ process.
Support solution build and validation based on approved requirements
Participate in testing cycles and validate end-to-end TPM processes
Provide feedback on usability and operational readiness
Assist end users during go-live and hypercare
Escalate issues and improvement needs to the project teamDuring design:- Actively participate to meetings to agree on the way in which business requirements should be integrated in the designed system.- Review operational workflows in detailed design materials.- Provide inputs and data to support the design configuration. During Build:- Join the preliminary demo of the build.- Review that business requirements and operational workflows are correctly translated into the system configuration.During UAT & Deploy:- Perform end-to-end testing of the configured solution. - Provide feedbacks that the configured solution works as requested.
