Mars TPM Project Business Lead (9 Month Assignment) in Slough, United Kingdom
Job Description:
The UKI TPM Project Business Lead sits in the Governance group of the project team and is accountable for overall business alignment ownership, stakeholder coordination, deliverable validation, and prioritization of requirements across Sales, SRM, Finance, and Demand, to support the delivery of a future‑ready TPM capability within the SRM ecosystem transformation.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Coordination of business stakeholders to ensure the right people are engaged at the right time and provide the required support to the project.
Responsible for the validation of each project phase and approval of deliverables.
Ensures consistency across sales, SRM, finance and demand requirements and processes.
Responsible for requirements prioritization.
Acts as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the project team.
Validates system configuration and functional design choices
Owns market-level deployment execution
Supports User Acceptance Testing and go/no-go.
Project governance ownership, planning and milestone management, risk and issue control, cross-stream delivery coordination.During build:
Join and review the preliminary demo of the build.
Validate that priority requirements are correctly translated into the system configuration.During UAT & Deployment:
Coordinate participation in structured UAT cycles.
Approve end-to-end test results and confirm business readiness.
