What You Will Do
As an Outpatient RN, you will:
Conduct focused assessments, triage, and care coordination in a clinic setting
Support providers with in‑office procedures and patient flow
Administer medications and treatments per orders and scope
Provide patient education, follow‑up guidance, and care plan reinforcement
Coordinate referrals, testing, and continuity of care
Document accurately and maintain compliance with clinic protocols
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care that supports patient access and outcomes
Collaborate with providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams
Support population health efforts and chronic disease management where applicable
Ensure adherence to infection prevention, safety, and documentation standards
Qualifications
Current New York State RN license in good standing
Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited program
Bachelor’s degree in nursing required for Nurse Leadership positions
Strong communication, organization, and patient education skills
Comfort working in a fast‑moving, high‑volume clinic environment
Preferred (Not Required)
Outpatient, ambulatory, or specialty practice experience
Telephone triage and care coordination experience
Experience with EMR documentation and patient portal workflows

Pay Range: $36.00 -$52.77 per hour
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
