15 Servers needed for temporary, full-time employment from 4/1/26 to 12/31/26 in Skytop, PA.
Job Duties: Serve/deliver food and beverage products to guests and to create a pleasant experience for the guests. Assist with opening/closing of restaurant/food and beverage area; setup/clean workstation; prepare side work; present menus, take guest order, input into point-of-sale (POS) system, serve/deliver requested items, clear table/remove trays. Move, carry, set up tables, chairs and equipment. Carry food service tray. Deliver food and beverage, clean and set tables remove dishes, replace soiled table linens; replenish linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and supplies such as condiments and napkins; supply service bar with food.
No minimum education or experience required.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand for entire shift.
Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

The employer will offer 35 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, 5-day work schedule varies Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift times include 6am-1:30pm, 1pm-8:30pm, 4:30pm-12am. Other day and evening shift times are possible and may be required. Shifts include 30 minutes unpaid break time. Workdays, hours, and shift times may vary with occupancy.
Tipped position with basic wage rate of pay $16.25 per hour. Allowed tip credit applied per FLSA guidelines to meet offered wage. FLSA tip credit taken as follows: direct wage from $3.01 to $4.25 per hour plus $12.00 to $13.24 tip credit per hour to make the guaranteed rate of $16.25 per hour. Employer guarantees the offered wage for hours worked if allowed tip credit does not make hourly wage equal to or exceed $16.25 per hour.
Employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. One meal during shift will be provided at no charge to the worker.
Overtime may be available with management approval. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $24.38 per hour.
Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned.
The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid bi-weekly.
The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law.
Optional employee dormitory style shared housing available at approximately $100 per person per week, plus electricity, water, and use of laundry facility estimated at $20 per person per week. Employer's offered housing includes 3 meals per day provided at no additional cost to the worker. Housing requires a $200 deposit. Deposit will be refunded if the room is in the same or close to the same condition as upon arrival. Housing costs and deposit will be deducted from the worker's pay if the worker elects.
The employer will provide daily transportation from housing to and from the worksite.
If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originall departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts. If necessary, employer will reimburse worker within first pay period for approved cost of meals and lodging at the applicable exchange rate, not to exceed reasonable costs. Receipts must be submitted.
The employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
The employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
