Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift = 6:45am to 3:00pm, up to 8 – 12 hours depending on assigned station and shift

What’s a typical day as Final Assembly Associate? You’ll be:

  • Assembling and testing medical devices, equipment, and components according to established procedures and quality standards

  • Using hand tools, automated machinery, and power tools to complete assembly tasks in compliance with GMP and FDA regulations

  • Completing Device History Record (DHR) paperwork and ensuring accurate documentation of production activities

  • Preparing and organizing kits with necessary components and materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Handling materials, parts, and assemblies according to proper storage, safety, and inventory protocols

  • Escalating any discrepancies, quality issues, or non-conformities to team leaders

  • Participating in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement activities

  • Packaging and labeling parts or assemblies for shipment, preparing them for storage or distribution

  • Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to 6S and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Possess the ability to read and comprehend job instructions, part specifications, and assembly drawings

  • Have keen visual inspection skills and attention to detail to detect defects and ensure quality

  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and basic problem-solving skills

  • Are adaptable and willing to learn new processes and technologies as production needs change

  • Can stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours depending on station), and are able to lift and carry materials up to 25–55 pounds (team lift or equipment required for over 40 lbs.)

  • Are committed to compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory standards
