What You'll Be Doing * Lead and supervise a team of production operators. * Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. * Oversee daily production activities and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards. * Ensure that all cuff products meet quality specifications & regulatory requirements. * Develop and implement training programs for team members. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. * Promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment. What You'll Bring * High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in the medical device industry. * Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift with every other weekend off. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the production of medical devices or cuff products. * Certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. * Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485) and regulatory requirements for medical devices. * Experience in the production of medical devices or cuff products. * Certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. * Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485) and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
