Kemin Industries Senior KAS Application Engineer in site, China
Overview
Under the leadership of KAS Sr.Business Manager: promote the creation and follow-up of MILLSMART projects, cooperate with sales staff to make project plans, promote project development and complete various sales tasks of MILLSMART; And cooperate with engineering service team to complete the equipment installation, dismantling and switching, to ensure that the equipment utilization index is achieved
Responsibilities
Install application equipment as planned and required, design flowcharts; test new equipment and verify product adaptability;
Maintain all application equipment in the designated area: control application systems, selection, costs, and locations; prepare maintenance/repair reports;
Manage inventory of spare parts and components;
Provide support and services related to application equipment to the sales and technical teams;
Communicate with customers monthly about equipment usage in accordance with the utilization rate targets for each MillSMART device to ensure compliance with the targets;
Review equipment utilization in subordinate areas and conduct monthly performance communications with subordinates;
Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Automation or related majors.
More than 5 years of experience in production operation and management in group feed factories; or experience in installation and management of complete feed engineering projects.
Familiar with the quality control process of feed factories and the monitoring of key quality indicators; capable of analyzing product quality problems and proposing solutions.
Familiar with modern feed processing technology, with experience in analyzing and implementing technological transformation of major processing equipment and core processes.
Proficient in using office software, and able to compile customer solutions and data analysis reports.
Excellent Chinese and English expression and presentation skills.
