Opportunity Overview

The administrator will support multiple business groups and manage finance-related activities, including Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) processed through Oracle. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution of administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

  • General administrative tasks

  • Consolidate all company documents

  • Reserve hotel and rent a car

  • Provide office supplies

  • Pay company utility bills

  • Manage company assets.

  • Buyer

  • Record expenses

  • Issue PR, PO, quotation.

  • Billing invoice

  • Compare and negotiate the price with each vendor

  • Coordinate with local suppliers

  • Manage cash Advance

  • Logistic

  • Coordinate with shipping companies and couriers for import or export

  • Issue invoice, packing list

  • Clear shipment.

  • Item delivery between sites.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent relevant field.

  • 3 – 4 years experience in related filed

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work without supervision

  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment and delivering within tight turn-around times

  • Good at proactive candidates sourcing, market insights capturing

  • Good command of English.

  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Oracle will be a plus

  • Ability to work without supervision
