Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated parts counterperson to join our team within the SAE warehouse. This role involves interacting with customers and warehouse staff to ensure the accuracy of customer orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer phone calls, processing orders using computer systems, and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers and warehouse staff to ensure accurate customer orders.
Answer customer phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Prepare and process orders using computer systems.
Assist with additional tasks as required within the warehouse.
Essential Skills
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in computer skills and data entry.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the automotive or autobody industry is a plus.
Familiarity with paint mixing and matching software is advantageous.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Process-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
