Practice Details
Sanford Children’s Hospital and Sanford School of Medicine at the University of SD are seeking a full-time BC/ BE Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join three other pediatric gastroenterologists and two nurse practitioners.
Opportunity is best suited for the physician desiring a clinical practice in an academic setting, research is optional
Dietitians, social workers, CT and Speech Therapy with expertise in feeding, and Integrated Health Therapists are available in the clinic
Specialty clinic includes 80+ physicians with essentially all Pediatric sub-specialties represented including a Hospitalist Service
Sanford Children's Hospital has 146 beds and is the only free-standing children's hospital in the state of SD
Opportunities exist for teaching pediatric residents and medical students as well as involvement in committees and leadership
Endoscopy procedures are done in the OR with anesthesia support
