SunWest Enterprises LLC Franchise Restaurant Assistant Manager in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Cherry Berry Dawley Farms is currently recruiting a Franchise Restaurant Assistant Manager to join the team on a Full-Time basis.
Main Responsibilities
-Assist manager in recruitment/induction and training/development of employees in line with the Cherry Berry brands training requirements, you will lead by example!
-Assist manager in coordination of staff scheduling.
-Prepare required paperwork in relation to stock and sales. Prepare and review employee time sheets.
-Manage cash balances and minimize wastage.
-Ensure 100% compliance in accordance to Cherry Berry guidelines.
-Analyze the Weekly Sales and Inventory Report to improve the business.
-Direct and undertake housekeeping activities such as maintaining restaurant cleanliness and presentation.
-Implement in--store marketing material and POP in line with campaigns.
-Ensure Safety procedures are followed to prevent injury.
-Promote and encourage a high level of customer service amongst employees.
-Handle unresolved and/or escalated customer complaints.
-Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales, inquiries and catering to customer needs.

Job Type: Full-Time 32-40 hours
Wage Rate: $20.50/hour (estimated)
