A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Five (5) years of heavy highway or civil carpentry construction related experience.
- OSHA 10 certifications is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read or learn to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and interpret plans.
- Strong understanding of constructability and large-scale civil/bridge construction and repair.
- Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Equipment certifications (ariel platform, telehandler, skid loader, etc.) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel in and around South Dakota.
