Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and personal hygiene.
Monitor and promptly report any changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff.
Promote a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
Deliver compassionate and respectful care to all residents.
Qualifications:
Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate certification if relocating.
Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork.
